我觉得超棒啊这家酒店,位置好,服务好,房间整个设施都超棒的,带着宝宝还有厨房,厨房锅碗瓢盆样样都有。除了没有洗衣机衣服不容易干之外,真的没有缺点了。4楼可以通往百丽宫,吃饭打车都方便。下次来还会选。就是早餐样式比较少。

    优点地理位置

    不足house keeping

    老公喜欢这个品牌所以这次订的这个酒店,不知道是不新的酒店的原因或者春节的原因, house keeping的服务有点让我无语,不是投诉,而是真的无语,一共11天,两天因为春节被告知没有客房清洁服务(毕竟酒店公寓嘛,可以理解)然后的一天,我们自带的muji的腰枕再也找不到了,不是说被偷毕竟也不是什么值钱的东西,因为是用来垫腰的,所以放在床上用,估计是换被单或者被子的时候一起给包在被单或被子里收走了(这都是我们自己找的籍口),不见的第三天就跟酒店说了,酒店也还负责立刻让收拾房间的人过来帮忙找,整个 房间翻遍了都没有,反正到我们离店收拾完东西,再到家都没看到这个腰枕,这一篇就算翻过去了,中间的几天要不就是没给沐浴露之类的,要不就是某一天没换牙刷(我们自带牙具,但是没带牙膏,所以还是需要用的,不知道收拾房间的人是不是这么想的,觉得我们自带牙具的所以不需要洗漱用品呢?),但是沐浴露之类的怎么解释呢(我们都是用完的情况下才让他们提供的,因为是小的欧舒丹),应该有两次没换新的(除去没有清洁服务的两天),还有一次的卷纸没放,真心是要用完了,我们才让他们送新的,也没要求天天都放新的。整个housing keeping非常无语,是不是酒店公寓我们就不应该这么多要求呢?希望酒店能稍微重视一下客房服务吧,。地理位置很适合购物,就在乌节路Robinson的后面。离地铁站要走一段,但是也是可以接受的,酒店楼下有个咖啡厅,早午餐很赞,咖啡也不错,我们订的是无早,经常就在这个咖啡店吃东西,除了house keeping应该没什么挑剔了。

    公寓很新,房间很舒适,厨房设备很齐全,自己做饭完全没问题。泳池挺大的,不过没时间去游,反正看着很心痒。

    这是我有史以来住过服务品质最差的一家雅诗阁酒店,每日房费RMB3000元的酒店,漱口杯是裂开的,每日不更换卫生纸。客人提出换拖鞋的要求,居然回复要拖鞋坏了才换新的,说要上来拍坏拖鞋的照片,真的不知道怎么想的,难道我不是每天付房费吗?真是让人有好气又好笑,感觉自己走错的地方,除了硬件好,地段好,服务的品质也需要同步跟上,3000元一天的房费比300的还差,真的是掉价,应该认真检讨,下次一定不会再住了。

    酒店旁边就是商场非常方便,从4楼的天桥走过去很方便不会淋到雨。酒店应该是比较新造的,很多司机不认识路。
