埃尔姆温德姆华美达酒店(The Elm, a Ramada by Wyndham)

Todo bien

Everything was just easy. Also the property was clean inside and out. Very friendly staff.

Could use better coffee and clean room after 2 days of use, other than that nice suite, free soda cans in room.

The hotel has an eclectic feel with its boho chic decor and the panoramic view of lake from the lobby. I spent time in the lounge which offered a happy hour menu. The flat bread pizza was decent for the price and so was the drink but the best part was the service. The two gentlemen who had only been employed there for three weeks were friendly and offered great service. Cleanliness, well regrettably the hotel wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The elevators were dirty and so was my shower floor. I was there for a staycation to review the hotel for my podcast and live less than 10 miles away so I went home to shower. Last but the reason that I rated the hotel so low was because my neighbor across the hall had a dog that barked all night long. I called the front desk who said they’d look into it but clearly didn’t because Yappy yapped the entire night. I didn’t get a wink of sleep. During check out I complained to the front desk who said nobody was supposed to have a pet on the floor because they hadn’t paid the $75 pet fee, which I was aware of because I read all rules and regulations before my hotel stays. I assured Breanna the clerk that there was indeed a barking dog across from my room. She asked me to show her which room the noise was coming from and was able to hear the dog barking. She said she’d see about comping me but wasn’t able to because I booked third party. I was offered $50 off a future booking but they charged the for the barking dog. No air in hallways!

Wonderful new hotel. Clean, large rooms, lounge on site. Staff was very friendly

The design was of the luggage area in the rooms is horrible as It has a cabinet right above that has sharp corners and you can hit your head with it. My brothers had 2 very had hits on his head with it and my sister as well. If you are not careful you can bang your head n it.
