梅奥诊所区域的医城旅馆&套房(Med City Inn & Suites Rochester Mayo Clinic Area)

This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. They charge for pets, but I have no clue what they do with that fee, because it's not cleaning up the urine. We didn't have any pets, but we sure the hell got one of the pet rooms. Good: pool is open until midnight and there is breakfast. For a cheap hotel, it's alright, just all of our clothes smell like stale dog piss. Would we stay again, probably not.

The rooms are not what are in the pictures just some of the room are what are in the picture so they should let people know

Terrible hotel. Smells terrible (they definitely don’t care about the no smoking policy) The front desk employee never asked for a card so he just charged what was on file which was not supposed to be charged. When we get to the room, it was not the room type I reserved. The carpet was shredded, the bathroom door had a hole kicked in, the shower was so rusted I doubt the drain even worked. Definitely not clean let alone SAFE feeling. Was supposed to stay for a 3 day medical evaluation..we didn’t. I immediately booked a different hotel. They also ghosted me when I asked for a refund. They charged my medical managed spend card.
