圣达菲Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Santa Fe)

Comfortable bed, decent kitchenette. Our room could use new flooring. Shower ran out of hot water. Hot tub in pool area was below body temperature ... very disappointing!!

Dated rooms but looks nice if kept clean, bathroom needs improvement.Nice exterior, well kept, very beautiful place. I left early in the morning it was quiet and beautiful

Most likely the worst place we ever stayed in. Dated, worn out furniture and zero noise insulation in this old property. You will hear every step above you. When we mentioned it at front desk, two other guests were present with similar complaints. Even worse it is an unsafe place in winter conditions. It had snowed three days before our arrival, and they did not treat any icy areas at parking or on the way to the room with sand. Front desk clerk was aware of it but mentioned owner did not take care of it. She handed us a business card of owner to email our complaints. We did, but manager did not show any concern about the issues mentioned.

For starters there were 3 of us in a handicap room. My Mom uses a walker or scooter at all times. The way the sofa bed made out it was difficult to get to the door and out for a handicap person. She could only use the walker in the room and just barely. They had just replaced the chairs with 2 very uncomfortable and hard to get out of chairs, especially for a handicap! There were only 2 towels, wash cloths and kitchen chairs. Why do you pay more for an extra person if they don’t provide extra items? The sofa sleeper mattress is not much, I wouldn’t recommend it for an adult. The staff did provide an extra pad after we complained. The hot tub is out of service waiting for repairs. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Oatmeal was cool, strange breakfast items (out of 3 days there wasn’t any normal breakfast meat - bacon/sausage). For the price I just thought it would be more accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a handicap person.

Staff - Excellent Breakfast and Team - Excellent Room - Great. Needs updating. Torn drapery Grounds - Satisfactory - Needs repairs. Sidewalks uneven. Grass/Weeds need tending. Apples and Cherries fallen and rotting on the sidewalks
