(Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Reno Sparks)

I booked my room through the app as a King bed accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the handicapped accessible rooms were booked but they put us on the first floor. My husband was having knee replacement surgery the next day so we just said ok. When we were heading to the room we realized it was at the very end of the hall. When we got into the room it was a very small QUEEN bed room. When we inquired about it we were told we had to handle it with *******! We will not return and not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. There was a line to use the one washer and dryer, but the cost was reasonable compared to other places we have stayed.

The staff was friendly the hotel seemed clean a bit dated but not bad. The bed was too firm for us though

Not worth the back ache Can’t recommend this hotel, as the beds were terrible. Sagging so bad and too soft . Obviously very olld and/or cheap. Breakfast was also sub par. Can’t believe the Marriot chain has their name on this hotel in Reno
