七月在这个酒店住了大概一周。有非常多不愉快发生，比如check-in在规定时间到了也要等很久，酒店的浴室没有漏水系统很容易导致地上积水，还有乱收费（check out的时候试图收Minibar没有消费但是移动了的饮料）。
最让人气愤的是，在Check-out以后回国几天之后，在没有任何征兆的情况下，我发现酒店从我信用卡划掉了近6000美金的一笔钱。而且开始死活还不退。
当然这整件事情里面，最离谱的是携程，和携程负责投诉的主管。在电话给携程求助后，携程的工作人员每天让我等待他们半夜的电话，但是回复不是在等酒店主管上班，就是在等跟酒店经理沟通。拖了一周，每天如此，然后电话告诉我，酒店肯定不同意退款，并且隐晦质疑我应该有过错。而其实这个时候酒店方面给我邮件，说要友好解决此事，愿意退款（邮件的时间，在携程主管给我电话之前，我看到是在携程主管给我电话之后）。真是离离原上谱。携程的不负责任，和推诿官僚，让我大跌眼镜。

I had a wonderful stay at The Jefferson Hotel! The property is utterly impeccable clean, stylish, and full of charm. Beyond how beautiful the hotel is, the staff was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to make me/us feel welcome and cared for. If you're looking for top tier service and a spotless stay in D.C., this is the place.

Beautiful room we stayed overnight because we had réservations at Shoto which is just steps away. The location is great, the staff are very genuine and helpful. The room was well done. And clean we will be staying here again highly recommend - beautiful hôtel

The staff and the service is really the standout feature of this hotel. Room is elegant and classic. You’ll have to cross the road to use the gym but it the UC is the fanciest gym in the city.

The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came into contact with greeted us warmly — genuinely welcoming, not scripted.
The highlight was when the manager personally came to our room to wish my wife a happy birthday and surprised her with macaroons and a handwritten birthday card. That level of thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and unforgettable.
Even small details didn’t go unnoticed. The doorman took the initiative to make sure our Uber pulled fully into the hotel driveway so we wouldn’t have to step out into the cold such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care.
We could not have been more impressed. This is hospitality done right elegant, warm, and intentional. We will absolutely be back.
