On check-in. room A/C was out, had to switch rooms.
During stay, on multiple occasions ran out of hot water in the shower.

Hotel is in serious need of a remodel/refresh. Curtains in room stained, carpets threadbare in places. Floor in bathroom felt like it’s about to come up. There was a sign in lobby saying they’re resurfacing toilets & bathtubs-they need it! Doesn’t excuse the wad of hair left in drain.

Our family made reservations to stay here on our way back to Texas. We knew it wasn't a 4 star hotel but didn't expect it to be as run down and unclean as it was. We were given a room in the back and did not feel comfortable with small children as there were folks outside in the back smoking **** and drinking on the porches. We asked to move rooms to the front and were told though there were no cars in the parking lot they were all booked and we couldn't move. We went inside and it was filthy. Set our suitcases down and within 10 minutes my kids screamed that there were ants all over their suitcases. It was not a clean or safe place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, no bugs. My only complaint is the room smelled a little like mildew.
