I can overlook a dirty corner as I understand that things can get missed with high turnover. However, when I find roaches on the shower curtain and by the toilet, then I can’t look the other way. I told the front desk and the gentleman didn’t even seem phased by it. He just gave a standard sorry and he would call pest control. The coffee machine in the lobby literally poured out what looked like sock water. I selected this location because others said it was clean and for a one night stay we only needed a place to get some rest and grab a quick breakfast. Needless to say, I didn’t even bother with the latter since I was just disgusted.

We were a bit disappointed with this stay. We arrived and thought the clerk was being very friendly with customer service but they were actually giving a big sales pitch for vacation homes. We didn't want a sales pitch after paying almost 200 dollars for a room and after a long day. The bathroom was moldy and had hair in the bathtub. The bathtub didnt drain when you took a shower. There were several wasps in our room. Lots of paint chipping, light fixtures hanging out of the wall with wires exposed, stained carpet, ripped curtains. Positives were a great location,good parking, plenty of space and the one clerk was very nice He did come and clean the bathroom when I expressed my concerns so I appreciated that.
