常青藤苑套房酒店(Ivy Court Inn and Suites)

The property is across the street from Notre Dame athletic fields. I helped my son move into nearby apartments and stayed one night. We arrived late, and the staff at the desk was waiting for us. Even though it was after midnight, there were still fresh-baked cookies. Rooms were a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered several selections. Ample, well-lit parking. Backs up to a ***** mall and a busy intersection, but was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was large and everything worked well. The property is a little dated. For example, the plumbing fixtures seem quite old. But they did work. I have one big complaint, which is they charged me more than the amount that was quoted to me by *******. When I raised this with the Front Desk, they told me to send an email to their manager. The manager never replied to my email. I had to ask ******* about it and at that point the hotel acknowledged the difference but refused to provide a refund saying too much time had passed. ******* gave me one key cash in the amount of the refund I should have received, but that is not satisfactory. The hotel clearly overcharged me and should have refunded my card the difference.

We had a great experience at the Ivy Court. Our room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious. If you are visiting Notre Dame, the location is wonderful. Excellent hotel and a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.
