This is good hotel in the heart of Secunderabad. My deluxe room was comfortable but it did not have proper working table. It has limited breakfast options but it is O.K.

Location is excellent but the lake is producing bad odour. That is a shocking and experience destroying aspect. Hotel is ok for 1-2 days business trips. Not so great for family trips. Generally ok - roome, service, cleanliness etc. it is a mid tier hotel and not a resort. So keep the expectations right and you will not be disappointed. Overall can be selected for its VFM.

Of course! Here's a shorter version of the 5-star review for Seven Lake View: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stunning Stay at Seven Lake View! Seven Lake View is a true gem! The ambience is peaceful and picturesque, with gorgeous lake views that create a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and always attentive. Every staff member made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts you'd expect from a high-end stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway. Can’t wait to come back! --- Let me know if you’d like it even shorter or adapted for a different platform like Google Reviews or Instagram!

Horrible expérience. When we arrived we had to ask them to clean again and change the sheets which were all stained. At first glance it seems very correct but in fact the room was horrible, dirty, old, full of insects. the dirty bathroom with the shower head leaking everywhere and I fell because the toilet seat was not fixed. for breakfast no better nothing to eat in any case no continental food we had to ask for some fruit. no orange juice. it's not good..we were supposed to sleep there for 2 nights but ultimately we preferred to leave and they refund us for one night of hotel accommodation.

This hotel was conveniently close to the place I was visiting which made it a good choice for me. Apart from that, I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay but the housekeeping service was a bit slower than I would have liked.

Extremely bad experience from both Hotel property and Treebo group also. Treebo is useless they don't have any control and customer support is useless. Hotel property is in bad condition. Hotel don't want to take online booking. They prefer offline booking. Treebo don't have any control and customer support don't even listen guest issues.
