这家酒店及其管理简直让人绝望。我在Trip.com上预订并用澳元支付了，但酒店却拒不承认这个预订。我联系了Trip.com，他们也发了邮件，可酒店仍然声称没有收到任何预订或邮件。最后我不得不再次用当地货币付款。现在我正在和Trip.com争取退款。

It was a nice stay, hotel location is good easy to find, Check inn was smooth nd breakfast was also nice.. If you are travelling to moradabad this will be the best hotel for your stay, and u should try puri sabzi in breakfast it was amazing......

Hotel is at Prime Location, just walking Distance from Railway Station & Roadways . It's One in All - Hotel , Restaurant & Bar. Rooms are Very Attractive & Spacious with Modern Amenities. Food is Very Delicious & Served in Well Mannered in Room Service . Staff is Polite & Cooperative here.

The staffs are very good mannered and helpful. Loved the ambience and the vibe. Very good overall experience. It is located very close to railway station and the bus stop. It is very well connected to the city. It is a family friendly hotel so you can be very comfortable coming here with your parents

Good experience over all. With cleanliness and hygiene environment. Situated near by to Railway station and bus stand. Easy to reach with nice hospitality. It's a worth money hotel. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food quality and variety is good.

The hotel staff were very co-operative and tge service was very fast. We reached at late night but not faced any issue. Very close to moradabad railway station. Tge property was clean and hygienic. The food was also very tasty.

Need to upgrade room interior and need to focus on cleaning of bed and sofa. Food price is high as per quality matters. Few things was good like as room service and Hotel staff behaviour . Rest are good . This is my personal observation , might be differ for other person .
