Large Hidden fees booking through ******* for this hotel? I Still had to pay a big extra amount after I prepaid everything for my 3-night stay that was expected during my booking on *******? Look how things like this had been added ad-hoc again and again to my billing - note from the AutoCamp manager “Upon further investigation on this matter it appears that your room reservation from ******* did not include the 14.195% Sales/Occupancy taxes that are standard on all bookings. As you were paying your own charges you would also be responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the ******* reservation. I did not see that there were no taxes associated with your ******* booking so I did not factor that additional expense in when we were in communication about your booking. “ I would NOT at all recommend going to this hotel anymore, bad customer experience having to get frustrated and unclear with hidden charges and I hate being charged without reasonable upfront expectation setup.

My grandkids first time camping. We loved the Airstream. Had everything we needed. Outdoor BBQ out was another first for the kids m the Russian River was so close and we had a very fun day. Be back!!

Exceptional hospitality and communication by Blythe, Laurel, Fabian and Miguel during our stay. I appreciate how kind, attentive, and genuinely caring the Autocamp service staff were from checkout getting us situated after a longer drive getting here m, to directing my kids and I on amenities and the inner-workings of an Airstream trailer. This trip was made special and the staff put me at ease as I was traveling alone with my children. I highly recommend staying at Autocamp Sonoma, not only for the location but for the welcoming experience you will have.

Beautiful property, very clean, very friendly, close to a lot of activities.

We had a great stay at AutoCamp. The Airstream was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities around the property were excellent. One highlight was that we were able to borrow bicycles from the camp and ride around the nearby redwoods, which was a really enjoyable experience and a beautiful way to explore the area. Another nice touch was the availability of AV chargers that guests can use for free, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and unique stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature.
